Clarification Text on Membership Transactions

1. PURPOSE

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("DPL"), BİLETİNİAL BİLET BASIM VE DAĞITIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Data Controller", "Company", "Biletinial") has the obligation to inform the persons with whom commercial communication will be established and commercial electronic messages will be sent (in other words, the relevant persons) about the processing processes of the personal data of the person concerned, transfer to third parties, collection methods, legal reasons and their rights under Article 11 of the DPL.

With this Clarification Text, you will be informed about the above-mentioned issues.

2. SCOPE

The Clarification Text covers the information for the persons who will become a member of the data controller.

3. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

DPL refers to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Personal data refers to any information belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person. In this context, all information that identifies the person such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address is personal data.

Processing of personal data; It refers to all kinds of operations performed on data such as obtaining, examining, recording and using such information.

Data Controller refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. Our company is registered in the Data Controllers Registry Information System under the name "BİLETİNİAL BİLET BASIM VE DAĞITIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ".

Data subject refers to the real person whose personal data is processed.

4. CLARIFICATION TEXT

4.1. For what purposes will your personal data be processed and to whom and for what purposes will it be transferred?

In commercial communication and commercial electronic messages;

Your transaction security information (your verification code, password, confirmation/rejection preferences)
It will be processed by obtaining it from the relevant person electronically or verbally at the counter.

You do not have to be a member to benefit from the products or services offered by Biletinial. However, being a member provides you with additional advantages such as season ticket sales, limited quota for the event or priority in some events.

Becoming a member of Biletinial is subject to your explicit consent. However, if you wish to become a member, we request the information listed above from you for the following purposes and data processing conditions:

Your contact information (your phone number, e-mail address and city); For the purposes of conducting activities in accordance with the legislation, conducting communication activities, conducting information security processes, conducting access authorizations, conducting risk management processes, following and conducting legal affairs, conducting business activities, conducting products / service sales processes, conducting products/ service after-sales support processes, conducting customer relationship management processes, conducting storage and archive activities, conducting contract processes (membership agreement), providing information to authorized persons, institutions or organizations. 5/2-c, ç and f.
Your transaction security information (your password, verification code sent to your e-mail address or phone number); It is processed within the scope of Article 5/2-c, ç and f of the DPL for the purposes of conducting activities in accordance with the legislation, following and conducting legal affairs, conducting business activities, conducting products / service sales processes, conducting customer relationship management processes, conducting storage and archive activities, conducting contract processes (membership agreement), providing information to authorized persons, institutions or organizations.

• Transfer to e-mail servers and message centers in order to ensure business continuity.
• In order to ensure information security (verification), it is transferred to third parties from whom support is received.
• It is transferred to the third party supported, MMS and authorized institutions (such as the Ministry of Commerce) in order to enter and exit the message management system and keep records.
• In the event that there is a need to establish a legal transaction (such as filing a lawsuit, making a defense, requesting information/documents from official authorities), transfers may be made to authorized public institutions and organizations (such as courts, prosecutor's offices, authorities) and private law persons operating in the field of law (such as lawyers, mediators) in order to follow and carry out legal affairs.
• In order to carry out the request or complaint process and depending on the request or complaint, it may be transferred to you or other third parties you authorize or other third parties necessary for the resolution of the request/complaint.

Since the receipt of contact information also requires verification of this information; a link or verification code will be sent to your e-mail address or mobile phone number you have specified to ensure transaction security. Therefore, the transfer will be made to the contact addresses you have specified and to your service provider. (If the server of your e-mail address you have specified is abroad, then personal data will be transferred abroad. If you do not consent to the transfer of personal data abroad, please make sure that the servers of your e-mail address are located in Turkey).

4.2. What are your rights as a data subject?

Your rights as a data subject are listed in Article 11 of the LPD. You can communicate these rights to us in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
